Order Processing
Orders placed through Guardian Peptides are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once their order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
Guardian Peptides offers the following shipping structure:
- Free shipping on all orders over $199 (within the United States)
- Orders below $199 will be charged a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout
Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reliable carriers depending on location and service availability.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination but generally fall within the following range:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days within the United States
Delivery time estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Guardian Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
Guardian Peptides is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
Guardian Peptides is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customers who experience delivery issues should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
Shipping Restrictions
Guardian Peptides reserves the right to refuse shipment to any location where the sale or possession of research chemicals may violate local regulations.
Refund and Return Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the specialized nature of the products sold by Guardian Peptides, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.
This policy is in place to maintain strict quality control standards and ensure the integrity of research materials.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
Customers should review their order carefully before completing their purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If a package arrives damaged during transit or if an incorrect item is received, customers must contact Guardian Peptides within 48 hours of delivery.
To review the issue, customers may be required to provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the package and product
- Description of the issue
If the issue is verified, Guardian Peptides may provide a replacement at its discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
Any item purchased through Guardian Peptides
Opened products
Research chemicals or peptides
Laboratory materials
Fraud Prevention
Guardian Peptides reserves the right to deny refunds, replacements, or future purchases if fraudulent activity or abuse of policies is suspected.
Policy Updates
Guardian Peptides may update or modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
